Fiesta Back to School $1,000 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)is open only to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and reside in a state where Fiesta Auto Insurance operates and the Giveaway is offered, including Texas, New Mexico, California, Tennessee, Colorado, Florida, and Ohio. Employees of Fiesta Auto Insurance (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

B) Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without completing a free quote, during the Sweepstakes Period, legibly handprint your full name, state of residence, email address, and age, on a plain 3×5 inch paper or card (“Mail-In Entry”). Mail your completed Mail-In Entry to Fiesta Auto Insurance, Attn: Marketing/Giveaway Department, 7670 West Lake Mead Boulevard Suite #225, Las Vegas, NV 89128, Refer to Fiesta’s Privacy Policies: https://fiestainsurance.com/privacy-policy/. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, properly stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due Mail-In Entries or for any incorrect or illegible data contained in any Mail-In Entry. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by September 11, 2026, and received no later than September 18, 2026, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All Mail-In Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Once you have done so, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the limit below.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 5 pm CST.
Potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) business days of notification, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing.
6. Taxes and Liabilities
Winners are solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes associated with prize acceptance. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the entry, drawing, or use of any prize.
